Important Ticket Information

Your ticket will be needed to get into the VIP reception. Please provide this ticket upon arrival at Speaking Of...

Meet & Greet Reception

Time:   6:30 p.m.    (approximately 45 minutes)

Please understand that we only have a 45 minute window of time for this VIP Meet and Greet.

Bring your camera if you'd like to take a photo. Candid shots are permissable. 

Individual photos must be limited to one per person. 

Please limit to one autograph per person as well.

There will be several people in line and in order to allow everyone access to the speaker,

so we ask that you move through the line quickly when getting your photo or autograph. 

There will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at the reception.

There is assigned reserved seating on the main floor at the front of the stage for all VIP ticketholders. 

Your ticket will have the assigned section, row and number on it. This will be your same seat for each speaker.
